1. Tips for E-transmate Director
E-transmate Director provides users with the ability to translate text or images in real time, you can enter text, voice or use the camera to translate in our application.
2. Special Features
Daily English Punch Card: You can see the contents of your favorites in the Daily English interface, it will show you one of your favorite translation records every time you open it; after you read and study, when you read and study, click the check mark to indicate that you have completed the study punch card.
Home Page Usage Timer: When you open E-transmate Director for the first time in a day, the home page will record the usage days for you, so you can keep track of your usage time in real time.
3. Create an account
E-transmate Director does not require you to create a personal account with your information, you can find E-transmate Director in the store and download it, then open it directly to enjoy our services.
You can also view the privacy policy, terms of service and other documents you need to see in the home page - Settings.
4. Network Interruption
If you are experiencing network interruptions while using Transmate Director, we recommend that you
a. You can disconnect from the network and wait for a while, then try to reconnect to see if it is restored.
b. If you are experiencing lag in translation, please wait for 10 seconds, if there is no response, please close the application from the background and try to restart it.

5. How can I save my translation history?
In our app, you can find the translation history in Home-History, we will record your translation history in one day; if you want to record your translation history permanently, please click Favorites in the bottom left corner to put it in your favorites, then click Favorites to view it.
